License\leopard

Hmm, I thought I posted this question this am however I am unable to find therefore I will ask again. Is 3.0 compatible with leopard and is parallels license the same as other vendors allowing a copy on the laptop and desktop.

I am using 3.0 (build 5604) and works fine with Leopard.

I am seriously thinking about upgrading to 4.0 though, maybe you should do the same before installing 3.0
