Hi, I've done something overtime (maybe, downloaded a minor version upgrade or so) and can't reactivate my copy of PD17 (perpetual) on the same Mac with the same macOS major version. When trying to input the license key, I'm getting the "License key is rejected by the server" error. Could please someone (or the Parallels staff...) advise whether I'm doing something wrong - the license was declared as perpetual, the use shouldn't be time-limited, AFAIC? Thanks! wbr
Ah, "one more thing", I'm awfully sorry for forgetting this minor cherry on top of the pie))) I did have a complete motherboard replacement due to a failed graphics chip, then recovered from a time machine backup and forgot) Hence, could please someone from Parallels help to discard initial activation to allow it for the new motherboard? Thank you!!
Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the late response. We have deactivated your license from the old machine. Please retry and let us know if this worked for you. Thanks
