License expiry issue

    I purchased 2 licenses for 13 and 15 through Apple. Mac Os 10.13.6. I am using the version. Compatible versions for 13 and 15. There was no license expired when I bought it from Apple. It is said that my license period is now over. I want your help in this matter.

    In addition, I could not get a backup because the date expired. I want you to make my license period for versions 13 and 15 indefinitely.

    You have purchased two licenses which is correct but the first license is for Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac (permanent) and the second is for Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition (1-year subscription), that is the reason it got expired. You can buy an upgrade key to use the latest version of Parallels Desktop.
