Hi, I'm running win xp on Parallels Desktop 5. I'd like to run a simh emulation of a vax using vms. This emulation works fine on a real pc using libpcap for Internet access. But the Internet connection does not work under Parallels. Libpcap needs to run in promiscuous mode and it has been suggested that the program does not have the proper privileges for this. Any ideas? thanks
It is strange. At least Wireshark works ok in Parallels. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with simh, so can't say about any issues with it
