MacWorld tells us that Sun Microsystems have announced that the Leopard will have sun's filesystem ZFS.

Would that have any consequences for Parallels Desktop for Mac?

    Best regards, Jan

Can't imagine there would be any consequences for Parallels. OS X will deal with ZFS if it is indeed implemented, parallels will still just do disc writes to the OS.

If anything, ZFS would make Parallels go faster as file snapshots are built into the filesystem.

That would kick ass if it's included in Leopard. It is presented as a file system or file systems to the OS so Parallels shouldn't care.
