    Hey everyone,

I've followed instructions that I've found here on the forum for host only networking, as well as this:

    http://kb.parallels.com/entry/38/215/

However, I'm still not able to use my Verizon V740 ExpressCard with Parallels to get networking - is there anything else I can try to get networking running on Leopard / 5160 / V740?

    I appreciate any help!

Is VM using Shared Networking mode and Mac connected to the network using the card?

From what I have read it says to set that to Host Only networking. Should it be on Shared? I've tried sharing the internet connection to ethernet adapter 2 (en2) with no luck either.

    Leopard and 5160 and Verizon

I am running the same configuration as you. Did you try changing the DNS servers in windows per the thread below? Also, I had to use VM networking in Shared mode. With this info I was able to connect both the Windows VM and Mac OS X 10.5 to the internet.

Does this apply to Leopard? I don't see the modem option, and this just seems like too much of a hassle.

Nevermind - I got it to work. Just had to enable internet sharing and share my CDMA connection, thanks for your help.
