Latest update v11 stopping coherence

    I have just updated my Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac Pro Edition and I am now having problems. When I open a windows application, the window 'starting windows 10' comes and hangs. If I press 'Show' then Windows opens but won't go into coherence mode. If I go to the drop down menu, coherence is greyed out. Can someone help me to fix this, it is very frustrating. I have tried downloading the software and reinstalling, no change. Any ideas?

    I also can't open any files directly from Mac programs - e.g. mail. I have to save them, open windows, navigate to them and open inside windows. Very frustrating. Can anyone help?

    Hello JonJ1,
    Try installing the Parallels tools, Actions>Install Parallels tools and check how it works.
