kudos to this forum and Parallel support

    I just wanted to share the fact that I received prompt e-mail support from Parallels. They say 3-4 day response but I just posted the problem yesterday at 11:34 am and received a reply today at 7:02 am. Doesn't really matter what time zone the responder was in since this was my CDT elapsed time.

    Further, I belong to many other forums for differenct technologies and this is one of the best. The passion is high and the answers prompt and helpful.

    Glad to be here. Can't wait to help someone else.

    I have not tried to use Parallels Support, but I have used these forums and I agree that they are a great resource.

    I have had three serious issues with Parallels (networking, printing, and USB support). After reading these forums the networking issue and the printing issue were easily solved...and I realized that the USB issue probably has no current solution.

    So thanks to all who post on these boards. I didn't even have to ask a question. The answers were already there.

    My only gripe is that I could not find a link to these forums from the Parallels home page. I was able to find them only by finding a mention of the forums on Page 4 of the Users Manual. As valuable as they are, they should be easier to find.
