Keyboard/Mouse Issues - V. 4

I've begun having an issue when running Parallels version 4 (running XP) on my MBP 10.6.2

When in Parallels my laptop keyboard and mouse work just fine, but my laptop trackpad does not work...

When I switch over to OSX my keyboard no longer works at all - only the mouse (all functions).

I checked my devises in XP and there are no visible issues (yellow question marks, etc.)...

I use a wireless mouse in the office and the problems started when I introduced a wired apple mouse that I use in the field....

Any thoughts??
