Hello, I am a current paying customer Using Parallels Desktop Pro, so I am, in theory, entitled to support. My product does not seem to be recognized at the email address where I receive Invoices, so my support options are unavailable. I have had many copies of Parallels (I have licenses going back to Version 4 to 11 and then upgraded to Desktop Pro with an annual renewal in 2020). I have three Parallels Accounts: j*******@**********.com, j*******@***.com and john.******@*******.com. All of the perpetual licenses are associated with j*******@**********.com. When I purchased the Upgrade to the annual recurring license, Parallels was not able to send mail with the required information to the account I had been using for years. That is how I ended up with three Parallels logins. I ended up purchasing the annual license through another address: john.*******@********.com. My Invoices are sent to this address, but I have not been able to associate my current working key with the Parallels account or any of the other addresses. I do have invoices for my recurring license purchases and Kets from all of my perpetual license purchases back to Parallels 4 as recorded in my Parallels account at j*******@**********.com. I recently bought a M-series Mac and am migrating from an Intel processor. When I try to register Parallels, it asks for a current key and a previous key because my key from 2020 is an upgrade key. When I provide the Latest key from the Perpetual category, it says that it cannot be used because it is from a different account. This is true, but I could not get mail from parallels to come through on my OG email address. I have checked against all three accounts, and cannot figure out which account my key belongs to, it seems like none of them. Can you help me associate my current license key with my OG account - j*******@**********.com? Thank you!
