I purchased in the box Parallels for the MAC when I bought my new MacBook Pro. My key from the box did not work. I waited over 20 minutes on the phone without talking to tech support. I got a trial key and now it has expired. It wants me to buy online. I have the key from the box and email support has been un-sucessful since my key from the box seems invalid to their registration system. To compound this I am having problems with USB serial adapter. I know i am not alone but iti s frustrating. So how to I get my situation resolved? Frustrated and losing faith in this company.
