    Hi Folks,

I just got my new 17 inch Mac Book Pro with 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 3 GB DDR2 and 160 G HD. I used the mac software to transfer all of my applications to my new MBP from my old MBP.

I tried to start the VM and I get a massive Kernal panic. I am running Parallels build 3188. I have tried uninstalling and re installing Parallels and tossing the preferences with no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    Mike

I'm having the same problem, all of a sudden. I'm running build 1896.2.

I'll bet there's a relationship between this and the new Security Update that Apple pushed to my machine this morning...everything was working fine yesterday.

Reboots, re-installs...nothing's working for me. Help!

    Fixed

Let me be scolded for not having updated sooner than now, but running the Parallels updater not only brought my VM back to life, but it improved the speed by a factor of ten.

    Awesome.
