I am trying to install Windows XP PRO. When I am instructed to click the power on button, I immediately get a kernal panic. Any ideas?
Please mention what version of Parallels you are on, and which MAC hardware you are running. If you are not at least on version 1970 of Parallels, you need to download the latest version. This is especially important if you are running a new machine with the core 2 duo processors. If you bought it is a retail store, there are still a lot of old products out there. If this isn't your issue, go to another place in this forum, Technical Discussions for Parallels Desktop for MAC and you may find others with your problem who have already received answers, and thus save you some time.
