I have installed Parallels tools in my Kali Linux VM but after the installation, I get an error message about my display when I boot, the icons in the menu bar disappear and the labels for all of the icons on my desktop disappear until I select a specific item. I am using OS X 10.10.4 on a MacBook Retina Pro 13 with 16 GB of RAM and the latest version of Parallels. What am I doing wrong?
