Just delete my parallels account

Im sick of internet based companies you can't even reach via email. Whats wrong with you guys at parallels do you absolutely have to invent the wheel over and over again.

I tried to activate my parallels copy I bought and paid for. It say it doesn't work on my version of os x thats it and a link where it say I can pay again. That aint gonna happen I tell you the program is not that good that I pay for it twice.

If you delete my account and ownership of the the copy I bought I promise Ill physically will destroy the box disc and all on cam and upload a video on youtube doing it. So you don't have to worry I won't let it loose on the internet or anything. You see Im an honest guy don't have nothing to hide so parallels you actually can email me.

This is not directed towards this forum at all but the only way I could find to (hopefully) send a message to parallels.
