    Dear Parallels engineers,

I have a request for you:

The last part of my Parallels Mac beta registration code is VG3O4, and I mistakenly thought that the O was a zero. It wasn't, and Parallels rejected the code as a result, despite the fact that it appeared correct.

Please avoid giving us registration numbers with the letter "O" and the letter "I". It's way too easy to mistake the letter O for the number 0 and the letter I for the number 1 in registration code emails!

Good suggestion. Also, just a thought, I just did a cut and paste of the registration code which worked fine and avoids typos... I tend to get all dyslexic at the wrong times so for me cut and paste is the only way. :)

Unfortunately, in my case, I run Parallels on a headless Mac mini with no monitor attached. So I access the mini through VNC, and copy and paste does not work reliably there, unfortunately. That's why I say if Parallels would simply refrain from using the letters O and I in their codes, there'd be no chance of confusion.
