Issues joining Active Directory Domain

I have installed Parallels 14 on a Mac running on MacOS Mojave. I have created a Windows 10 pro VM and I am trying to join it to our Active Directory Domain. When I attempt to do this I get an error saying "DNS server unable to interpret format error code 0x00002329". I have verified that the Network connection is running as Bridged to the default connector. There is internet access within the VM and I am able to browse the internet. I have flushed and registered the DNS, but I am still receiving the error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
