I have so many questions regarding this product and its work-around as I am not seeming to be able to get the hang of it so I would very much appreciate the assistance I can get. I downloaded the parallels desktop on my macbook and it ran okay for the 14-days trial period after which it stopped working. Now it didn't automatically renew like I thought it would and kept showing declined/subscription failed on my appstore. I have tried adding my different cards to see if it will go through but it keeps saying declined. Now I want to buy the product directly from the parallels store to see if it works. 1. What product type do I buy? The standard or an upgrade or pro? Since I only used it for 14 days and I'm guessing its the app store version that i have there. 2. Will it be the same as the one I already have in my macbook and also will anything change because I have some files there that I wouldn't want to lose. 3. Do i have to keep doing this each time the subscription validity expires? I haven't neen able to use my windows for over a week now and it's discouraging.
