Issue with VDI Hosts Not Joining Domain

I am using the latest version of the 2X application server along with Citrix 6.1 and Windows 7 hosts. I am attempting to create a template of the Win7 host and then I want to create persistent desktops from those that are always available.

Everything seems to work fine in terms of the creation process. I filled out the "Sysprep" tab and then I publish a desktop from that template.

The problem I am seeing are two things:

1. Even though I filled out the section to join the domain, the workstations are not joining my domain

2. The newly created Windows 7 hosts are always in a suspended state until used....but this takes time to fire them up and I need always-on instant desktops since I'm replacing local desktops.
