    Hello community,
I'm encountering an issue with activating my Parallels Desktop license after having to replace my computer. Due to an unexpected failure of my previous computer, I had to quickly replace it. Before the old machine completely stopped working, I managed to create a backup using Time Machine. I have now restored my backup to a new Mac running macOS Catalina v.10.15.7.

I was still using Parallels Desktop v12.2.1-41615 since I have a perpetual license for the software. However, when I attempt to activate it on a new temporary machine with Catalina, I receive a message saying that the license is no longer valid because it has expired. This doesn't make sense, as I purchased a perpetual license, which should still be valid.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can someone advise on how to restore or reactivate my license on the new computer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you.
