Is my total system protected?

    I have a Macbook Pro running Mavericks with Parallels 9 for Mac and Windows 7 for my computer setup. I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac. Is my total system protected or just the Mac side? All emailing is done from the Mac side but various programs on The Windows side use the internet as well as me using Internet Explorer. Kaspersky has detected and removed a number of issues for me, I am more concerned with acquiring a problem and passing it to others from email. Of course Kaspersky sells additions products for both Mac and Windows, I don't know if more protection is required or is this over-kill?

    Hi cfbauerjr,

    Yes, you are currently protected only on the Mac side with the installation of Kaspersky on your Mac.

    To protect your system completely, you would need to install an Anti virus program on the Windows Virtual Machine. Please refer the link below for more information:
