Hi There, I received an invoice for a subscription of Parallels Desktop for Mac standard to Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year). Neither can i find this subscription in my personal account nor in the business account, after logging in with the email adress, where i received the invoice. There are no active subscriptions. I am not using parallels for a while now. As i dont see a way to cancel this subscription, i need this to be canceled by the support team, and I hope for a refund.
