Internet stopped working in Win7

I have been using Parallels 7 for Mac with Win7 for several months now and it had worked great. Suddenly, I cannot access the Internet from my Win7 installation anymore. Win7 shows two network connections both with Internet Access but I cannot connect to either the Internet or my local network like I was able to before.

Everything works on the Mac side.

 

I found this article that fixed my problem (reset the TCP/IP stack).
