I am testing out Gutsy as a switch from Opensuse, but I have run into a problem. I can not get the internet inside of the virtual machine to work. It works just fine in Opensuse, why not in Ubuntu Gutsy? I have the latest version of parallels that is recompiled against the latest kernel that Gutsy uses. I am running windows xp as a guest VM. Any ideas?
Can you access other computers in your network? Can you access the host "machine"? If not, you'll need to make sure that Parallels provide an ethernet adapter, then if the driver is installed in Windows. After that, verify that network setting are fine. If everything is fine, then we have another issue.
