I don't know if it is just my VM; however, I am noticing a "flicker" problem in Internet Explorer 7 with Flash Player and even some pages without it. It is really bad. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem with Parallels Desktop 3? I am running Vista Business Edition on MBP 17" 2.16 Intel Core Duo.
