The main reason I run Parallels is to test Web sites on IE6 and 7. But if I make a change in my code and try refreshing, the changes are rarely reflected. I have tried deleting the temp files under Internet Options, quitting the browsers, and quitting Parallels. Is there a reason why caches are so sticky in Parallels?
