Internet connection randomly drops out Windows 10 - solution - remove Citrix Netscaler

I have been struggling for the last 18 months with random internet drop out in Windows 10 VM - only solution was to switch back and forth between bridged and normal mode in internet.
Today, investigating something else, I realised the Citrix Virtual Adaptor, installed for work VPN, might be an issue.
I removed the whole install of Citrix and Voila! - working network!

I am a long time parallels user - and this issue has happened since Parallels 14 at least and through various MacOS upgrades - all the way to Big Sur.
