I have been using Virtualization software for a few years now. Mostly VMWare Workstation up to ESX. When Parallels was released for the MAC, I jumped on the pre order. One thing that I do often is use Ghost to create images of VMs to move them. I thought this was the perfect way to move one of my VMWare VMs to the MAC. I setup my DOS boot disk with the RealTek driver for the network card and got that to work. The problem is that when I get to a DOS command prompt, the backslash doesn't work!! \ Everything else seems to, forward slash, other characters and numbers. The backslash works fine in Windows just not DOS. And not having a backslash makes it hard to map to shares. I’m sure this wouldn’t be high on the priority list of things to fix. But I wanted to mention it. Not having to install the VMs I want to move from scratch would be a huge help. Thanks! Steve Taylor
