Installing Ubuntu Server on Parallels for Mac 7

Hey Guys,

I was just wondering if anyone can help me setup up Ubuntu Server as a virtual machine on Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac.
I need to do it for an assignment for my Linux Administration class.

download server http://www.ubuntu.com/download/server/download
Make sure it is a iso.
install using the install Windows from DVD or Image file.

From: Install from: Select Choose an image file.
This will bring up a finder window on your mac, here you will select the Ubuntu server iso
next window
Then follow system prompts till VM is Created.
Installation instructions can be found in the knowledge base.
