Installing Parallels on My Mac

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me. I am trying to just install basic parallels on my Mac Pro. When it get's to the Windows instillation it was just spinning and spinning forever with no progress. When I hit stop, it prompted me that it was installing Parallels tools are you sure. I said yes, and then resumed, and then same thing.

I then installed Parallels, rebooted, and then from the app store, re downloaded it, but it seems to pick up right from where I left of only NOW, I get an error message that says the computer (the PC) shut down or encountered an error, click here to restart, and it's just a loop of this happening. I can't imagine this is supposed to be difficult. I would really like to be able to run some PC programs and this is just not working. Can anyone please help me?

If anyone wants to jump on the phone I'm fine with that also.
