Installing build 1884 killed Parallels Host-Guest Adapter and now I can't even boot!

I just installed build 1884 over my previous installation, and it deleted my Parallels Host-Guest Adapter. Now I get an error message when I try to boot into my VM, and it won't let me boot! WTF is going on, here?

Shoddy-at-best USB support, and now the update for all intents and purposes disables the entire VM? Is this what I paid for?

EDIT: Error message says that it can't connect to the Host-Guest Adapter. Well duh. I changed from Host to Bridged Networking, but I had to switch to Host-only in the first place because Bridged wasn't working properly. Hopefully this works.

    Try manually removing:
    - PD app
    - PD startup items in /YourHD/Lybrary/startupItems
    - /yourHD/system/extensions/Hypervisor
    - move preferences somewhere else (I think this is the least problem)

    Reinstall.
    Good luck, friend

I'll bookmark your solution, but bridged networking seems to be working at the moment. It wasn't when I was using the beta that came before the last stable release, it would work for 20 sec or so and then stop.

So long as I can get an internet connection with my VM via bridged networking I'm not going to touch anything-- I feel like if I so much as look at PD the wrong way something'll break. If bridged networking craps out again I'll do what you suggested.
