    Hello,

I was a Parallels Desktop user for many years, but (for reasons not relevant currently) stopped using it and stopped buying upgrades in 2019. I had purchased version 15, and was able to find the registration key and the "Thank you for your order!" page on the Parallels web site. When I download the file from that page, a .dmg arrives containing an installer. Neither the disk image itself the installer seems clearly identified as to the version. (The full name of the .dmg file is "Install Parallels Desktop-k6gbb2v6.dmg". The installer application is version 1.7.12.) When I launch the installer, it seems to go through the process (although it did not appear to recognize the old .pvm file), but when I get to the "My Licenses" window, all that are displayed are version 14 keys (two of them for some reason). Clicking "enter key" puts me in the window that expects a version 20 key.

I have a Spring '24 iMac running MacOS Sequoia; I keep everything as current as I can.

Is what I'm trying even doable? Can anyone help me install Desktop version 15?
