Im running the macOS 10.14.4 and this problem has been going on for the past 2 years. I just really didn't have a need to use access until now. After installing access, the only way to regain internet connectivity is by uninstalling parallels access. And deleting all networking interfaces from the computer and reinstall them. And also to 'forget' the devices on my router as well. I would love to use access. Does anyone know how to get this working properly?
