Installation problem on RHEL5

    Just tried to install parallels desktop on rhel5.

    package: parallels-desktop-4.0.6630.449744.run
    default rh5 kernel: 2.6.18-164.el5xen
    additional: ovzkernel-2.6.18-164.11.1.el5.028stab068.5

    both compilations give following error in the log

    FATAL: Error inserting prl_hypervisor (/lib/modules/2.6.18-164.el5xen/extra/parallels/prl_hypervisor.ko): Operation not permitted
    Cannot load module 'prl_hypervisor'

    Any suggestion here?
