Installation fails, asks to close virtual machine an exit Para Desk - Do this and still fail

I get an error message "To continue the installation, quit the virtual machines running in the background" It then says to quit Paarallels Desktop and the installation will continue. I do this, but nothing happens. An ideas to a solution?

 

Can please run this command in Terminal and post its output here?
ps aux | fgrep prl_vm_app

 

The problem resolved itself after running the installation again several times. Close this request.
