I have the same question as OP. I am succesfully running Windows 11 Pro ARM as a virtual machine on my Macbook Air M1 But i would also like to run Windows 10 ARM as a virtual machine. From what i have read, Microsoft isn't further developing Windows 10 ARM anymore, they have removed the downloadlink. I googled for a downloadlink but couldn't find a working one. My guess is that if you would find a working downloadlink, that Windows 10 ARM version would still be too old and not compatible to run in Parallels Desktop on M1 macs. Kind Regards.
