Install Problems - lsass.exe quota message

During the install process of Win XP (the WindowsXP logo with the blue running bar on the black backscreen is already visible) the process goes into a loop with following message:

lsass.ese - Nicht genügend Quoten
Für den angegebenen Vorgang sind nicht genügend Quoten für den virtuellen Speicher oder die Auslagerungsdatei vorhanden.

I try to translate: lsass.exe - Not Enough Quotas
For the mentioned process there are not enough quotas for the virtuell memory oder the swap file

I tried several settings of virtuell memory-settings (1GB, 2GB,3GB), negativ.

I`m using a brand new iMAC 27" i7 2,8GHz, 4GB, ATI Radeon HD4850, Mac OS X 10.6.2 and want to install Win XP Pro incl. SP2 (originall CD).
