I seem to be caught in a vicious circle between boot camp & parallels. Here's my problem; I downloaded and installed the newest version of Parallels and created a VM using my Boot Camp partition. This went find and everything work. However, we I tried to reboot through Boot Camp, the Windows splash screen came up and never went away (i let it go for 45 minutes). I rebooted into MacOS and started Parallels - everything was still working on that side. So, somehow Parallels interfered with my Boot Camp? I opted to repair my Boot Camp Windows installation with my Windows CD, and everything returned to normal. But, then my Parallels VM was messed up and became stuck in an infinite loop when I tried to start it - a blue screen came up with some error (too fast for me to read) and then the options to boot into safe mode, normal etc. I've tried all the options and it produces the same effect = a reboot producing the same problems, over and over.... any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I seem to remember something about deleting a parallels record in the windows registry may help? here's my specs: Mac Pro v1.1 Leopard 10.5.3 Parallels 5068 Windows XP Pro sp3
