Install problem

    I just got the parallels for Mac and when I go to install, ist of all it says that the version I have is newer than the volume. When I try to continue to install, it says there is nothing to install and will not go any further. This is frustrating, any ideas?

    Got it to work. I am unsure of what the original problem was.
