I noticed that the latest version of Parallels for Mac allows an OS-X virtual machine. It would be great to be able to install OS-X on a PC. My company is getting into the mobile development market, and being able to install OS-X on our windows machines instead of investing in a bunch of Macs would save us a ton of money. I think it's Apple that has the "OS-X can only be installed on Macs" policy. How does Microsoft get fined for installing IE with Windows and Apple gets away with it?
