Install mistake! I need some advice!

I installed Parallels 9 on my Macbook Pro per the instructions... then AFTERWARD find out that Parallels can't talk to the GPU... which I require!
BUT... Had Parallels instructions STATED THIS and explained that if I install Win7 via Boot Camp FIRST I could get access to the GPU.
So the question is... Does Win7 see Parallels as the computer which is now permanently connected to this OEM version of Win7? or... Does MS see my Macbook and can I reinstall Win7 again via Boot Camp... Then access it with Parallels???? Will the KEY work???
