install Linux and/or Solaris in Parallels Desktop

    I have been trying to install linux and solaris on parallels for some time now and I have had no luck. I have installed windows xp with no problem. Please help. a step by step walkthough is prefrable since I am not exactly a computer expert. thanks so much.
