It would be wonderful to support the inserting of characters from the Mac's Character Palette into windows programs either by dragging or selecting and clicking insert on the character palette. The Mac one is much more desirable for me over the windows character map as a medical student as I end up using a lot of random ones not from one single set. That makes the "Favorites" tab on the Mac one much more useful as I can define my own set of characters to look at.
