I have been trying with no avail to get my footpedal ti run with express scribe download. It says the pedal is connected in the usb controller but when I try to get it to connect to the Express Scribe, it does not know it. What is the guest os driver that it says I may need from the manufacturer? Please help me figure this out. Thank You Nik
Hello Christine, Did you get any Drivers CD along with this USB Footpedal ? If yes then Please uninstall them and reinstall them using this Drivers CD. Please reply back to us the status of the issue.
VEC usb footpedal I did not get a CD with the footpedal. It was a software download from the internet on my student website. I wondered if the drivers off the Windows XP CD that I have didn't install and should I put that CD in and see? I don't know.
