Hello, I have Parallels Worstation 2.2 (build 2222) on a 1.6GHz Turion X2 (Gateway MX6453 if you want the full specs). In the System Properties windows of the guest OS (WinXP SP2) it says its a 5.92GHz machine. If I disable AMD-V it says 15GHz. I dont have any problems with some wrong number, but this is more than just that. It has affected the whole system. It looks like the clock moves at RealSpeed/ReportedSpeed in the guest OS. So he entire gues OS works like in slow motion. Ive tried disabling acceleration but its still the same problem. Random very high frequencies reported.
