In my Apple account showing as active subscripton: Parallels Desktop Parallels Desktop for Mac (Annual) Renews 15 October 2026 Can you please fix this before I ask my creditcard company to refund this payment (as Apple nor Parallels accept a refund)? I just reviewed the software as a scam, which it is. I have purchased a years license via Apple's store, did not receive a key, can't use the software and can't contact support apart from this forum which you won't get an answer on in the past 5 business days. VMware Fusiion Pro is free, which means it does not scam you by purchasing something for a year without getting the product or any support.
