Inability to access support

    I purchased Parallels 12 yesterday. Today, I was unable to install Windows updates for Windows 7. I tried to access support and the access code on the web site is "invalid", so I cannot chat or email or call support. The company says it provides support for 30 days, but it provided support for less than 30 hours. Should I just get my money back?
