Import boot volume only

I am trying to import a Windows machine that has a large RAID connected to it via fiber channel. I also have a Drobo with a terabyte of storage attached. I would like to import it without the external drives. I could disconnect them, but I was doing the import off hours when no one was around (including me) remotely via Logmein. Since I am not there at the time I cannot remove the volumes, at least not the one connected by Fiber Channel.

Is there a way to tell the importer to only import the C drive?
