I am trying to install Parallels for the first time (paid for and downloaded a few weeks ago). Install tells me invalid key code. I typed it exactly as listed from my order email. Checked it a dozen times. Went to use the report a problem on the support page. Does not recognize my email as a valid one. Tried to re-register and after filling in all the info sections on the form I hit "Submit". Only thing that happens is the pages wipes all my entries out and starts back with a clean registration form. So, I can't load the software, and I can't register to ask for help. Ideas?
