I'd like a refund

    Bought Parallels Desktop 3.0 a few weeks ago. Have been unable to install Windows XP Home SP1 - let alone upgrade to SP2.

    I've tried everything.

    Installing VMWare Fusion 1.0 finally solved the problem.

    I'd now like my money back. I notice that VMWare offer a money back guarantee. It was also half the price. And it works.

    SWSoft/Parallels:- Do the right thing and refund my money. I purchased this product in good faith. It is not fit for purpose. I am entitled to a refund under the UK Consumer Protection Act.
